smell the smell no more. tap dancer in the western studio distracted me. 'did you want this elliptical?' well actually yes but i didn't realize it at the time. now i am on the light rail at the lake street station. i was. on my way to see this american life at the orpheum. off at hennepin avenue. my timing getting to the 48th St. stationwas perfect.funny and typical me that didn't even think of this today until i got home from work and was walking the dog. snow is on the way, they say significant. the arrival of snow storms is like birth and death--not on a schedule. comes when it comes.
Ron and the other maintenance guys finally heeded comments about a foul sewage smell in the upstairs men's locker room. They had to take apart a significant portion of the ceiling in the Dance Studio to deal with a leak that was causing the problem.
That morning, two other guys were commenting. My response was--at first I thought it was me, then I thought that it was you guys, then that there was a clogged trap or something like that. They replied--seems to be draining well enough. Good observation.
I took the LRT after parking over on 46th. Funny, that same night Sean was taking the LRT into Minneapolis to go to the Loft.
I went to Brits beforehand and had a shot of Jameson and some beer that I can longer remember the name of.
